Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving products. Oil & Ash is not liable for the return shipping charges. We ship orders Monday-Friday with the exception of postal holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS. We are pleased to offer flat $5 shipping within the US and free shipping on orders over $50.
